The Finance office will be closed from Dec. 23, 2023 to Jan. 2, 2024. During this time, our Finance Team will not respond to requests, unless there is an urgent matter. They will, however, continue to process account refills, including emergency top-ups, on the following schedule:
Dec. 22: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., EST
Dec. 27-29: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., EST
In case of an emergency, you can reach out to Customer Support. However, refills will only be processed during the hours listed above. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 business hours for any refills to be applied, and the banks are closed in Canada and US, where we are based, on December 25, 26 and January 1.
To avoid any issues, we strongly encourage you to top up your account with sufficient funds for the holidays by Dec. 15, 2023.
