Thank you for taking the time to read about the upcoming migration of your services from PowerPipe to Enom Central.

The migration of your services is happening so that we can provide a better experience to you, immediately and with continual improvements in the future. Enom Central, like PowerPipe, is owned and operated by Tucows Inc. While the PowerPipe platform hasn’t been improved for quite some time, the Enom Central platform is modern and intuitive.  Both during and after the migration, you'll have access to a support team for your domains and mailboxes. This migration process will be seamless, with your products and account information brought over by Enom Central without your involvement.

Please review the frequently asked questions below so that you are familiar with how you will access your account with your domains, hosting, and mailboxes after we complete the migration. We’re available via phone, email, or live chat if you have any questions that aren’t covered here.

Who is Enom Central?

Enom Central is owned and operated by Tucows Inc., which also owns PowerPipe, and other internet services companies. Enom Central is a domain name registrar that provides domain names, email, and hosting to customers like you, all over the world. Enom Central is based in Bellevue, WA, USA, and our Customer Support team operates out of Toronto, Canada.

Here's what will be staying the same:

  1. Account Information:
Your account information will be transferred over seamlessly to Enom Central, including domains, hosting services, and email mailbox data. Management of all of your account information and products (domains, hosting, and mailboxes) will be moved to Enom Central.

  2. DNS: There won’t change any of your DNS settings, and you should not experience any downtime.

  3. Domain Expiry Dates: All expiry dates for your domain names will remain the same.

Here's what will be different:

  1. Control Panel: After the migration, your services will no longer be accessible through PowerPipe. During the migration, Enom Central will send you your login information to manage your services using the Enom Central control panel. Any additional domains, hosting or mailboxes you wish to purchase can be purchased through Enom Central.

  2. Domain Pricing: We will honour the original pricing for your existing domains (see FAQ below). To view our standard pricing for our various domain extensions (.COM, .ORG, etc.) simply search for any domain using the search bar on our website. The pricing for all the different types of domains we offer will appear below the search results.

  3. Improved Customer Support: You can expect improved customer service as a result of this migration. Enom Central has friendly and knowledgeable support staff that will provide full support for all of your services. You can reach our team in the following ways:

    Email: help@enom.com
Phone:  1-855-266-8838 toll-free in the United States and Canada
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 8PM EST and weekends from 12PM to 5PM EST
Help Center and Live Chat: Enom Central’s Support site

  4. Payments: Your billing statements going forward will either show "RS*DOMAINNAMEREGISTRATION" or "DomainName Register" or "Enom Domain Registrar" as the merchant, depending on your payment method.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. On the day of the migration (Novebmer 12), Enom Central will send you an email containing your account information, including your Enom Central username.

  2. Follow the steps in the email to reset your Enom Central password by visiting https://www.enomcentral.com/login.aspx and supplying the username Enom provided in the welcome email.

  3. Add your billing information.

  4. Browse through your new Enom Central account and let us know if you have any questions or if we can help in any way!
