Recover Lost Login ID and/or Password

I do not remember my user name and/or password, how do I retrieve them?
If you know your Login ID but cannot remember your password and the email address listed on your account is valid, then you can use our online tool to have your password emailed to you. Please follow these steps to do so:
- On our website, click Login at the top-right.
- Click the Forgot Password? / Lost Password? link.
- Enter your login ID.
- Click Submit.
- When prompted, provide the answer to the secret question.
If you do not remember your login ID or the one you remember does not work, then it is possible that you have registered through one of eNom's many resellers. Lookup Your Provider Here
If you are still unable to retrieve your login ID or password using the suggestions above, or your email address on the account is no longer valid, please give us a call at 1-425-974-4689. We may be able to assist you if you remember the answer to your secret question on the account.
You can also Submit a Ticket or email CustomerCare@enom.com to recover your login ID and password. Be sure to include a domain name to help us locate your account more quickly. If you need us to change the email address on file, please use a scanner or digital camera to attach a color copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license or passport).
Please submit a ticket with the following attributes:
- Subject: Lost Login or Password
- Category: Lost LoginID or Password
Question: Include the domain name, the Registrant's name and any other information to help us locate your account.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to a color copy of government issued Photo ID that matches the Registrant or Administrative Contact. This provides validation that you are the owner of the domain.
Once you have retrieved your login information and have logged into your account, you will be able to update your account password and secret questions, or request additional help through our Support Center.
