TRUSTe is ending its support for privacy policies - End of Life FAQ.
TRUSTe is ending its support for their privacy policies on April 30th, 2016.
We are in the process of removing the capability to purchase and renew the following policies:
What do I need to do to prepare for the April 30th date?
I have auto-renewal ON for my current TRUSTe policy, what is going to happen after April 30th?
In preparation for the April 30th date, we are turning all renewals off as of March 4th, so your auto-renewal settings will be disabled automatically after that.
How will I get reimbursed for the remaining unused time in my existing policy?
We will automatically issue a pro-rated refund to your account for the remaining unused time in your existing policy:
- If your account can carry a balance, we will automatically credit your account balance with a pro-rated refund.
- If your account can not carry a balance, we will issue a pro-rated refund to your credit card on file.
