Resending Certificate Approval Emails

How can I have my SSL Certificate approval email re-sent?


For VeriSign/GeoTrust/RapidSSL SSL Certificates:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Under the Security menu, click SSL Certificates, and then click Manage.
  3. Click on the certificate. The status should display as Processing.
  4. Click the Resend Approval Email link.

The email will be re-sent to the approval email address. For RapidSSL & Geostrust orders, please make sure the admin's junk/spam box is being checked.

The e-mail is coming from sslorders@geotrust.com. Whitelist @geotrust before re-sending.

For Comodo SSL Certificates:

Please submit a ticket to us through the eNom Support Center requesting to have the Certificate Approval Email resent. Be sure to include the SSL Certificate details such as the order number or common name. Once the request is received, we will process it as soon as possible.
