My email address has changed since I submitted my transfer order; can you send the transfer verification email to the new address?
If the email generated for transfer verification was sent to an address that is not correct or current due to recent WHOIS updates, you will need to cancel the current request and create a new transfer order for the domain(s).
To cancel the existing transfer order, please see the article, How do I check the status of my INCOMING transfer order? How do I cancel the order?
By ICANN regulations, the gaining registrar is required to record the WHOIS as listed by the registrar of record at the time of transfer submission. The transfer must be verified by either the registrant or administrative contact(s) as recorded at that time. Consequently, we cannot resend the transfer verification email to any other address.
If you have not already done so, please contact the current registrar and update your contact information. Once the WHOIS has been updated, please see the article How to Initiate an INCOMING Domain Transfer.
NOTE: We do not charge for canceled or failed transfer requests.
For more information, please see the article, ICANN Domain Transfer Policy.
