Check Status / Cancel Transfer Order

Problem

How do I check the status of my incoming transfer order? How do I cancel the order?

Solution

You can check the status of an incoming transfer from within your account at any time. To check transfer status, please do the following:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Under Domains, click Transfer a Domain, and then click My Transfers.
  3. Search for the transfer. To pull up all your transfers, click Submit without modifying any of the fields.
  4. Click on the transfer order ID.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and the Current Status of the transfer will be displayed.

To cancel the transfer order, click Cancel This Order after following the above instructions.
