Email and URL Forwarding Options are Missing from Control Panel

Problem

The email forwarding (or URL forwarding) services are missing from the control panel after I transferred my domain. Why can't I use your DNS settings on this domain?

Cause

You must use our DNS servers in order to use email and URL forwarding.

Solution

After a registrar transfer, the contact information may change, but not the DNS servers. If you are using custom DNS, email and URL forwarding will not be available.
