How to Refill Your Account Balance

What are my payment options for refilling my account balance? How do I refill and add funds to my account?


For account refills, we accept the following:

  • Credit cards
  • PayPal (initiated from within your account only)
  • USD checks
  • USD money orders
  • Electronic transfers (ACH)
  • Wire transfers

Please do not send any funds to an email address via PayPal.com directly; we have no way to accept or post these to your account. PayPal refills must be processed from within your account with us.

To refill your account:

  1. Click the My Account.
  2. Click Refill Account.

For credit card and PayPal refills, there is a 3% "Refill Convenience Charge" which is deducted from of the total refill amount. (e.g., $100 will result in 97 eNom Points deposited into your account. You will receive a popup message that indicates the amount being added to your account). For credit card and PayPal refills, the total refill amount must be at least $100.00 and cannot exceed $3000.00 per transaction. ALL refills are nonrefundable and all funds are denoted in US Dollars. If you need to refill with more than $3000 at one time, enter a different amount (such as $2900) and it will be accepted the same day, and not appear as a duplicate entry.

To avoid the 3% convenience charge, you may refill your account using a check, money order, wire transfer, or electronic transfer (ACH) as well. There are no minimum amounts for these payment methods. For instructions, please see the article, Bank Wire Transfer or U.S.D. Check instructions.

NOTE: ALL refills are nonrefundable and nontransferable and all funds are denoted in US Dollars.

Sub-Resellers are restricted to a $3000 per month limit unless verified. Please email Risk.Management@enom.com to submit the necessary documentation to verify your account and remove this limit.

Required for verification:

  • Color Copy of credit card (front and back):

    Please block out the credit card number (other than the last four digits) we only need to see the last 4 digits of the account number, the name, and the expiration date. No virtual or electron cards can be used.

  • Color Copy of identification for the individual/cardholder. Any of the follow 3 options will work: Driver’s License, Passport, OR Gov’t issued photo Identification (English will help expedite the process)
  • Optional: Any business/company information (URL’s, business licenses) – This information will allow us to expedite verification.
