What restrictions apply to sub-reseller account refills? Is there a limit?
If you are using the Reseller Refill option (either by direct credit card or through your PayPal account), you must refill with a minimum of $25 per transaction.
If your account is a sub-account under another reseller, and your account is new (30 days old or less) there is a maximum refill transaction amount of $500. Regardless of whether you refill one time for $500, or five times at $100, the account is restricted to a total of $500 for the first 30 days.
If your account is a sub-account under another reseller, and your account is over 30 days old, your refill maximum per 30-day period is increased to $3000.
If you wish to refill for more than the 30-day limitation amounts, you may want to consider sending an alternative form of payment. For further instructions, please see the article, Bank Wire Transfer or U.S.D. Check Instructions.
You can also submit a support center ticket to request that management evaluate your account to have the restriction removed. Please allow up to one week for this process to be completed. We cannot guarantee the restriction will be lifted, but we are more than happy to make the request on your behalf.
You create your sub-reseller account on June 1st. On July 1st, you refill for $600. On July 14th, you refill for $400. You can then refill for an additional $2,000 until July 30th. On July 31st, the limit is reset for the next 30 days, and you can again refill for up to $3,000.
