For the first time ever, Buenos Aires is hosting the 48th ICANN meeting. As the last meeting of the year, this is a well-suited location to honor the first set of TLDs to get delegated and for the ones entering Sunrise next week.
Major topics on the agenda this week range from the latest developments on new TLDs, the proposed new WHOIS policy (see what this means for resellers), IPv6 and more. Open to people of all professions across the globe, this event is expected to have a high attendee turnout — including multiple eNom team members from Legal, Technical / Engineering and Business Development.
Our team is really excited to attend ICANN #48 and be an active participant, voicing our views and those of our partners on maintaining an open, stable, and secure Internet. If you’ll be there, please get in touch with us -- we’d love to hear from you:
If you’re not able to make it to ICANN #48, we’ll be sure to let you know about what we learned when the team gets back.
