Do you offer discounted pricing as a Reseller for all eNom Products?

As a Reseller, you will receive discounts on most eNom Products. Please see the reseller main page for pricing or contact eNom sales for more information on pricing.

How much will I make in commissions?

Once you have set up your PDQ web site, we will handle the billing of your customer's domain names and products and you will earn commissions on every sale! We take your retail price (you set the pricing), subtract your Reseller domain price (depends on which Pricing Plan you sign up for) and deduct our PDQ processing fees (95¢ plus 3% of the transaction as a convenience online access fee) to calculate your net commission. We can also handle the billing for your customers via our API. Same commissions and Merchant services fees apply.

For example, if you were to set a retail price of $15.95 for registrations, and your domain price was $9.45, here is how much you will make in commissions:

$15.95	The retail price you set
-9.45	Your registration cost
-0.95	Merchant services fee part 1
-0.47	Merchant services convenience online access fee *
$5.08	Your net commission

* 3% of retail price

The remaining balance is your commission! After the 90-day fraud window is closed, commissions can be either added to your eNom account balance or we can issue you a check.

Does the PDQ Tool allow you to turn off selective specific service offerings?

Yes, you get to choose exactly what you want to offer to your customers. It's your business!

I would like to use your free Registry Rocket Reseller tool. How can I set up? Where do I obtain the key?

Once your ETP account is set up, you can set up our free Registry Rocket tool and the R-Rocket key will be emailed to you. It's free to use so you can set up as many as you like!

I have my own Merchant Account and would like to handle the billing for my customers. Which Tool should I choose?

The API is the tool to choose for you to use your own Merchant Account to process the credit card sales of your customers. Both the PDQ and Registry Rocket use our Merchant Services.

Is the API difficult to set up?

If you have programming skills, then the API can be very easy to set up. And, we have sample scripts available in asp, php and perl for your convenience.

What if my customer makes a mistake? Can a domain be deleted after it is registered?

Yes, many TLDs have a 5 day grace period during which a domain can be deleted and refunded. Deletions can be performed using the DeleteRegistration API command. For more details about which TLDs can be deleted with this command, see the TLD Overview.

Do I need programming skills to set up my PDQ web site?

No programming is necessary. Setting up is very easy and no coding is involved. You just follow the easy steps and your site will be published within 24 hours!

Can I add third party banners and links on my PDQ site like Yahoo Publisher Network, Google AdSense or affiliate sites?

Sorry, no. We only permit links on your PDQ site to websites you personally own which offer different products and services than those of your PDQ site such as web design, PPC management, or search engine optimization.

What are Sub-Accounts and how can I set them up?

Let your customers become domain resellers under you while you earn profits on every domain sale. Sub-accounts are accounts you can set up in your eNom account for individual customers (either resellers or retail), or to manage different categories of domain names. This is especially beneficial to your clients who own large quantities of domains and want to be able to access and manage them more efficiently.

Are there any annual or periodic Reseller fees imposed by eNom?

eNom does not impose any Reseller fees. The PDQ web site tool has a $99.00 yearly subscription fee.

Do you provide the ability to perform Bulk Transfers?

Yes, we give you easy to use, paperless, and no-hassle transfer options if you need to successfully transfer your bulk domains to us.
