What is the eNom Certified Reseller Program?

eNom is now providing resellers the ability to utilize the global power of the eNom brand on their website. On the Internet, having credibility is very important, especially when trusting another company with something as important as a domain name. The eNom Certified Reseller Program allows our resellers to leverage this global brand known for its technological superiority and business stability.

How do I qualify?

Qualifying for the eNom Certified Reseller Program is based on eNom’s confidence in your firm’s ability to provide high quality technical and support services. All eNom resellers are invited to apply for the Program via our Online Certification Application.

Resellers will be approved for the Program on a case-by-case basis considering a number of factors including (but not limited to) status as a reseller-in-good-standing, customer complaints at ICANN and/or eNom, volume of business, location of primary business, number of eNom’s value added services offered, and customer service capabilities.

What is a reseller-in-good-standing?

A reseller-in-good-standing is a reseller who provides high quality, ethical, and responsible service to customers. If a reseller receives a significant number of complaints, does not follow eNom's established guidelines, does not provide high quality customer service, or further abuses or neglects their responsibility as a Certified domain name reseller as defined in the eNom Certified Reseller Agreement, then eNom may elect to suspend or cancel their reseller-in-good-standing status.

Using the eNom Certified Seal

The eNom Certified Reseller Seal is a dynamic image which when mouse-ing over it, shows a small pop-up authentication page that is served from eNom. This Seal pop-up indicates by date and status whether the reseller is a current Certified Reseller in good standing. The Seal pop-up also has a link back to an eNom.com page which outlines customer benefits and assurances of doing business with an eNom Certified Reseller.
