JustCloud is a subscription service which is billed for in advance yearly or can be billed on monthly intervals.

How does JustCloud notify customers when it finds an issue?

JustCloud will inform their customers by email. Every assistance will be given to resolve any issues and, if needed, will contact the customer by phone if requested.
